Who I am
This site is run by Mo Waqas, based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. For anything about your data, email info@waqas.co.
What I collect
When you apply, I collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email, phone number if given, business name and website, and your answers about your business. I don’t use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
Why I use it
To review your application, reply to you, and, if we work together, to set up that work. The lawful basis is your consent and, where we go on to work together, steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Who sees it
Only me. Your application is stored securely with Supabase, and confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Both process your details on my behalf. I don’t sell or share your details for marketing.
How long I keep it
I keep your details until you ask me to remove them. If you would like to remove your information, please email info@waqas.co.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing info@waqas.co. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
